The journey begins with an energy audit
The journey towards CO2-neutral production begins with gaining control over how energy is used in your production today. By measuring consumption in real-time, we can perform calculations to identify where energy is used inefficiently and how this can be addressed. The first step in our project model is an “energy audit” (or preliminary study) that highlights potential problems, maps current consumption, and considers future needs. Based on the preliminary study, it becomes easier to make the right decisions to progress on the journey towards fossil-free production.
We measure energy in real-time
Energy is the third-largest cost for manufacturing companies, providing multiple incentives to reduce energy consumption. Gaining control over where, when, and how your energy is used is crucial for achieving the goal of reducing consumption and becoming fossil-free.
At Navitech, we use a method for real-time measurement of our customers’ energy usage. This allows us to monitor and calculate energy data to identify faults, deficiencies, and suggest improvement measures. For us, it is essential to include the sustainability perspective, linked to the UN’s global goals, in our analyses
Energy audit provides answers
We meet many customers who want the process towards energy-efficient and fossil-free production to proceed quickly. However, we believe it is important to conduct a thorough preliminary study that can provide answers to both current and future energy needs. This creates the conditions for a qualitative basis for decision-making regarding potential investments in both technology and expertise.
Our energy audit answers complex questions, but the results are easy to understand and clearly provide the management team with the foundation to continue the journey.
